LEADERSHIP

Justin Daniel serves as the lead pastor of Blountville Christian Church, where he is passionate about sharing the gospel and creating a welcoming environment for all generations. With over 15 years of ministry experience, Justin brings a strong commitment to God’s Word and a heart for equipping others to grow in faith and serve their community. He values unity in leadership and loves highlighting the unique culture of the church to reach the local community.

Laura loves Jesus and loves kids.
She loves that God has allowed her to combine the two while serving in His Kingdom!
Her love for sharing the truth of God’s Word with children started a long time ago. She has taught in a private christian school, taught homeschool, and homeschool co-ops, as well as substituted in public schools. But the true blessing came when she became a Kids Director a few years ago. She has a desire to see kids have fun while learning the bible basics. Her ultimate goal is to see us all living by faith, and expressing that faith (in Jesus) through loving one another.

Tim has lead worship since he was 16. His motivation is to sing songs of praise with a heart of worship to the Lord and lead people in doing the same. Our relationship with God will direct our worship. He is has been married to his lovely wife Aubree since 2016 and they have 4 kids, dogs, bees and goats.

Belle is an Illinois native who moved to the Tri-Cities to attend Milligan University, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Social Work (’21). She stayed in the area after meeting her husband, Tucker, and the two have been married since June 2024. Shortly after graduating from Milligan, Belle pursued her Master’s of Business Administration (’22) and is currently working toward her Master of Divinity with a concentration in Youth and Family Ministries at Liberty University. Belle also serves as the Director of Alumni Relations & Development at Milligan.
Belle has been involved in youth, children’s, worship, and women’s ministries since 2014. With a heart to connect with students and reach “the least of these,” she is passionate about guiding them back home to Jesus and making heaven more crowded. In her free time, Belle is an avid runner, CrossFitter, and drummer.

Jada is a small, town girl of Jonesville, VA. She was raised by two loving, Christian parents and had two siblings, with her being the youngest that got away with everything! In the year 1998 she met her future husband, Wayne and they married in July 2000 and moved to Gray, TN. They are blessed with one talented, daughter named Joy,

who loves theater, singing and playing the violin. They have 3 fur babies, Dutchess & Marie (cats), and their Bernese Mountain Dog/Moose, Mabel.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, music and singing in the church choir. Jada truly feels blessed and right at home working at BCC!
